How to Avoid Airport Waiting Lines

In the age of long, annoying security checks and airport waiting lines, a savior has finally arrived for non-threatening travelers who want to avoid the annoying waiting lines. A new company is offering a pass that will help travelers save time at the airport.

Verified Identity Pass is a company working along with TSA in its creation of a program called Clear. Clear is your ticket to getting through airport security faster, for a modest fee of course.

Travelers who seek the luxury of passing through private security lanes with more predictable security checks, less hassle, and greater speed must pay an annual fee of $100 to join the Clear program. These travelers must also pass a thorough background check to be allowed into the program.

The Clear program offered by Verified Identity is one of five companies (Unisys, Saflink, Verant and Vigilant) that are allowed to offer rushed security checks by the TSA, but Clear is the only program that is actually available to travelers right now.

Currently, it is available in Orlando, Cincinati, San José Mineta, and some JFK terminals (Air France and British Airways). It will soon be available in Albany, Little Rock, New York JFK Terminal 1, Newark Terminal B, and Toronto Airport.

How to Avoid Airport Lines

So how do you join Clear? Enroll in Clear online and say no to airport waiting lines (no affiliation). You can start the enrollment process online for free. You will then not be required to pay until the service comes to your home airport. So its risk free for travelers looking to get ahead.

So if you’re sick of waiting in long security lines at airports, enroll in Clear so you’re ready when the service comes to your home airport.
